How to participate:

You may access the web conference in one of two ways:

a) Participate Online:

Be sure to have your Sure Steps Connect ID number.
If you are a Sure Steps member and did not receive an ID number in the mail, call 1-877-STEPS-50 (1-877-783-7750).

Sure Steps members can contact Sure Steps by calling 1-877-STEPS-50 (1-877-783-7750) to have a Sure Steps Connect ID created for their caregivers.

If you are not already a Sure Steps member but would like to register with Sure Steps, call 1-877-STEPS-50
(1-877-783-7750).

You must register with Sure Steps within 10 days of the conference in order to participate.
On the date and time of the conference, return to www.SureStepsConnect.com and click on the “Join Today’s Live Event” icon to join the session. You will want to log in approximately 15 minutes before the conference is scheduled to begin.
